Shipping Policy

UK Orders All UK orders are dispatched the same working day when placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.

Standard UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend, and typically arrives within 1–3 working days from dispatch via tracked courier.

Free UK delivery applies to every order — there is no minimum spend and no delivery charge at checkout.

Order Tracking A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a tracking notification within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@titanboxing.com.

International Orders We ship internationally. International delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 5–8 working days depending on location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Personalised Orders Orders that include free personalisation (custom text, embroidery, or custom colour combinations) are customised in-house and still dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Bespoke commissions are made to order and have a lead time of approximately 5 weeks; a 10-day express build is available on selected gloves.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave instructions for collection or redelivery. Titan Boxing Equipment is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout.
