Refund policy
We want you to train with confidence. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item in its original, unused condition. Items must be unworn, unscented, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-embroidered items (unless faulty)
- Items marked as final sale
- Used or worn equipment
- Mouthguards and other hygiene-sensitive items
How to Return Email us at info@titanboxing.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please email info@titanboxing.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrived faulty or damaged, contact us at info@titanboxing.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
