Free 30-day UK returns

Changed your mind? Return any unused standard item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. It must be unworn, unscented and in its original packaging with tags attached. UK returns are free: email us and we'll send you a prepaid returns label.

How to return or exchange

1. Email info@titanboxing.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We reply within 1 business day with your prepaid UK label and instructions. Please wait for them before posting anything.
3. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we refund to your original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank can take up to 10 further business days to show it.

Exchanges for a different size or colour are subject to stock.

Personalised and bespoke items

Personalised (name or logo added) and bespoke (built in our customiser) items are made to your specification, so they can't be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or don't match your order. Please check sizing before adding personalisation.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives faulty or damaged, email info@titanboxing.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.

International returns

Return postage from outside the UK is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
